Canceling a Transfer

To Cancel a Transfer that has not been accepted by your guest, click or tap on the event tied to the Transfer offer you want to cancel.

Once you've clicked or tapped on the event, find the ticket you're searching for and click on "Cancel Transfer". We will cancel the transfer to your guest immediately.

Note, if you sent multiple tickets at once to your guest we will cancel all the tickets tied to the Transfer that they haven't accepted.
