To transfer your tickets, first select the event you want to send tickets for.
You can either, select multiple events or focus on just one by clicking on the "i" icon next to event you're managing.
Single Event
To transfer your tickets, click or tap on the event you want to send tickets for.
Once you are on the event, click on the gold icon with arrows heading in opposite direction. We call this the "Transfer" button.
After you've clicked on the button, you will have the ability to select the ticket(s) you want to send. Simply click or tap on the checkbox next to the ticket you want to send. Make sure to uncheck tickets you don't want to send.
Once you've selected all the tickets you want to send, enter the Name, Email and any other Notes you want to include with the tickets you're sending.
Now that you're ready to send, click "Send" and your tickets are on their way to your guest! You can always click "Cancel" if you'd like to select other tickets to send.
Note: If you've never sold tickets with us before, you'll need to agree to our Terms of Use and your ticketing provider may require you grant us permission to send tickets on your behalf.
Multiple Event Transfer
To transfer your tickets, click or tap on the checkbox for the events you want to send tickets for first.
Once you have all the events you want to manage selected, click on the gold icon with arrows heading in opposite direction. We call this the "Transfer" button.
After you've clicked on the "Transfer" button, you will have the ability to select the ticket(s) for all the events you want to send. Simply click or tap on the checkbox next to the ticket you want to send. Make sure to uncheck tickets you don't want to send.
Once you've selected all the tickets you want to send, enter the Name, Email and any other Notes you want to include with the tickets you're sending.
Now that you're ready to send, click "Send" and your tickets are on their way to your guest! You can always click "Cancel" if you'd like to select other tickets to send. When transferring for multiple events, we will only send 1 email to your guest.
